4. Independent Reseller Disclosure
PCMAX operates as an independent reseller of software products. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any software brands unless explicitly stated.
5. License Termination
This license automatically terminates if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must:
- Stop using the Software immediately
- Delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PCMAX disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCMAX and AllRoundFix LLC shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Any issues arising from the use or inability to use the Software
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
9. Updates
PCMAX may provide updates or upgrades to the Software. Use of such updates is subject to this Agreement unless a separate license is provided.
